Casey Hale

Licensed Professional Counselor – Associate

Supervised by Heather Bedinger, M.Ed., LPC-S (#69461)

Casey is passionate about helping women, couples, and teens navigate life’s challenges with confidence and clarity. She believes that while life inevitably brings curveballs, each challenge offers an opportunity for growth, healing, and wholeness. Casey’s approach to therapy is person-centered and emotion-focused, grounded in a holistic view of healing - encompassing mind, body, and spirit. She works collaboratively with clients, offering both structured plans and supportive presence depending on each individual’s needs.

Casey brings specialized knowledge in perinatal mental health and maternal support. She is a trained postpartum doula and is currently pursuing her Perinatal Mental Health Certificate through Postpartum Support International, equipping her to support women through the transitions of motherhood and beyond. Casey believes that when a woman feels supported, she can show up with greater confidence, connection, and emotional well-being in every season. In couples therapy, Casey uses tools like the Prepare/Enrich program to help partners build stronger communication, deepen connection, and grow together as a team. Casey also enjoys working with teens, creating a safe space to help them build a solid foundation of self-awareness and identity during a time of widespread change and mixed messages.

Ultimately, Casey’s goal as a therapist is to help you feel seen, supported, and equipped to face life’s challenges. She looks forward to walking alongside you and cheering you on throughout your journey.

Casey is originally from Pennsylvania, but has lived in DFW for most of her life. She is a wife, mother of three, and former pastor. She loves to sing and when she's not homeschooling her kids, you might find her reading or writing.
