Heather has experience working with children, adolescents and adults for over 10 years. She enjoys being able to connect with and provide a safe place for children and teens to express their fears and anxieties, as well as their hopes and dreams. She loves being a contact for parents and supporting them during their parenting journey. She also enjoys working with adult women as they process the challenges of life.
It can often feel like you are constantly running up a hill, muscles sore and out of breath, it’s challenging to see the summit. Heather believes that every individual desires, and is able, to live a life of fulfillment by removing barriers and discovering tools that work for them. We are not magically able to make the discomforts of this world disappear, but we are able to grow and heal through experiences such as losses, hopes, anxieties, and suffering. She is passionate about journeying with her clients to discover coping skills, develop positive relationships and uncover freedom from past hurts. Her goal as your therapist is to provide a safe environment and a comforting ear for you to process your past and present challenges.
