Ciley is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where adolescents, adults, and couples feel seen, heard, and understood. She especially enjoys working with adolescents as they navigate the challenges of identity development, relationships, emotions, and the many transitions that come with growing up. Ciley believes that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change and strives to meet each client with empathy, authenticity, and compassion.
Ciley supports clients as they navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, self-esteem struggles, life transitions, and relationship concerns. She uses a person-centered approach while integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and other evidence-based interventions to support each client’s individual needs and goals. She believes therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process and works collaboratively with clients to create an approach that fits their personality, experiences, and desired outcomes.
In her work with couples, Ciley helps partners improve communication, deepen connection, and develop a greater understanding of one another. She also works with couples seeking premarital counseling as they prepare for marriage and build a strong foundation for their relationship. Ciley believes every person has a unique story, and that healing and growth happen through connection, self-reflection, and the courage to take steps toward change.
Ciley is originally from the Abilene area and now lives in the DFW area with her husband and their two sweet dogs, Maggie and Tater. Outside of the therapy room, she enjoys exploring coffee shops, reading a good book, and spending quality time with friends and family.

M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University
B.S. in Psychology from Liberty University
