Licensed Professional Counselor

Rachael has experience working with adolescents and adults for over 10 years. She was drawn
to the field of counseling because of the desire to be present and a support for people in life’s
difficult moments. Rachael believes that we each have the ability to create positive change in
our lives; sometimes, we just need a little support and encouragement during that process.
Rachael believes in the inherent value of each individual and aims to create an environment
that allows each person to feel safe and open to explore their experiences. Rachael utilizes a
strengths-based approach that fosters hope as you process your story and work toward future
goals.
Rachael uses an eclectic approach in her work with adolescents and adults. In therapy, she
draws from different theories and techniques to best address your goals. We are all unique, and
what works for one person may not be the right approach for someone else. Rachael will work
collaboratively with you to create a plan for therapy that both meets your needs and is helpful
for growth.
Rachael was born in Tennessee and has lived in the Dallas/Fort Worth area for the past two
years. She likes spending time outdoors and staying active. She also enjoys being creative
through avenues of music, art, and photography.
